Should you wish to return your unused item please inform us within 14 days of delivery. We'll then give you instructions on what to do next to return your product.

What you need to do

  • Inform us within 14 days from the date of delivery by emailing us at
  • Ensure that the item is in its original condition.


Please note that should you wish to return your sofa there will be a collection charge of £75 + VAT payable by you as the customer. You may wish to dispatch the item(s) back to us via a private courier, which will not incur a charge. Original delivery charge is non-refundable.

Faulty Items

Although all our items are all carefully handmade sometimes faults do happen and it's important that we sort this out for you straight away. Please contact us within 48 hours at and include the following information:

  • When did you purchase the item?
  • What the fault is?
  • Attach any photos if the fault is visible
  • Contact number you can be reached on

Once we have the above information our Customer Care team will contact you to organise a resolution for this for you.

General Wear & Tear Leading To Scratches, Scuffs, Rip, Tears

Please note that these are not deemed faults and will not be returned, exchanged or refunded. For sofas, please inspect your sofa after assembly when our delivery crew are present and if there are any issues, highlight them with the team so we can follow them up with you.
